National Wine and Spirits
Working in occupied spaces is an important niche market for Charles C. Brandt Construction Co. (CCB). Keeping our clients productive means our crews must be efficient in creative ways so the work of construction doesn’t interfere with the day to day operations of office and industry.
Our project for National Wine and Spirits is a case in point. The work included installing 250 micro-pile foundations to support their new conveyor systems and reinforcement of structural steel members in their existing building while their staff members continued production of their product lines.
The client also needed additional space and amenities, therefore the project included construction of a pre-engineered building that included 40,000 SF of warehouse space, and 16,000 SF of new loading dock area.
Unique projects with special circumstances allow CCB to add value to your project in ways other contractors cannot. Our experience, creativity, and ability to critically think through solutions to each challenge are a bonus our clients receive when they employ CCB as their construction professional.
