The Saulet Apartments
CCB was hired to oversee the renovation of this property after water intrusion had caused major damage to the exterior and interior. The moisture and humidity created a serious mold problem. Testing was performed and monitored weekly to insure that when the job was done the building could be safely occupied.
The picture to the left is an example where damaged drywall had been removed, the walls were dried and an encapsulent was sprayed to stop further damage from occurring.
To the right is a picture of the exterior with a full scaffold system which was used to help find the problems. All of the siding and balconies were removed and new installed after the damage to the structure was repaired.
